Stacy Dallyn
Stacy has been in the industry since 1989. His early years were spent in and around Lloydminster Saskatchewan and later in Regina. In 1995 he made the move to Calgary where he started Dal-Tek Interiors. Since then he has been acting Manager and company director. Although Stacy has countless management and training courses behind him, his down to earth knowledge of the trade as well as dealing with employees and clients is still his strongest asset.

Michelle Dallyn
Michelle has been with Dal-Tek Interiors since its conception in 1996. Michelle is our Office Administrator and is responsible for payroll, accounts payable and receivables. As well as trying to maintain the companies stability and sanity in a very busy market.

Mike McKillop
Mike began his career in the EIFS/Stucco trade at a very young Age in Kelowna working in the family business. In 2000 he relocated to Calgary to oversee all Alberta and Saskatchewan projects, where his responsibilities included estimating, project managing and supervision of employees on site. With over 20 years in the trade Mike has been able to benefit from working alongside some of the most knowledgeable workers in our Industry. Mike has been with Dal-Tek Interiors Ltd since 2013 and is the EIFS Manager in charge of all aspects of this division.

Ali Parvaresh
Ali brings over 10 years of experience in construction and has a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. Ali also possesses a construction Management certificate for the ISM Trade from SAIT. Over the last 5 Years, he as concentrated on estimating and management of wall and ceiling system contracts. As an Estimator, Ali is involved with all aspects of the bid process such as project pricing, pre-award meetings as well as contract negotiations. As a Project Manager, Ali is responsible for pricing and monitoring change orders, ensuring company standards and safety policies are adhered to, as well as remaining in contact with clients throughout the whole progress of the project while making sure projects come in on time and budget. Ali has been with Dal-Tek Interiors Ltd. Since 2018.

Trevor Dallyn
Trevor moved to Calgary in 2005 and started in the industry with Dal-Tek Interiors Ltd. He is a site Supervisor for the company and has been involved with some of their biggest projects. Trevor takes his responsibilities on site very seriously and they range from site lay-out, steel stud framing, drywall, t-bar on top of organizing manpower and materials. As of July 2022 Trevor has been promoted to Project Manager, we look forward to watching Trevor grow into this position. Congratulations.

Thomas Deschenes
Thomas started working in the Residential Construction industry when he was 14 with his father in New Brunswick, with some time away from the industry working as an EMT he returned to Construction in 2005 when he moved to Calgary. Since then he has worked on numerous Commercial construction sites. He has been with Dal-Tek Interiors Ltd since 2013 and is a valued Site Supervisor.

Dwight Blackmore
Originally from NewCastle, New Brunswick, Dwight moved to Edmonton at 10 and started in construction at 20. With 30 years in the trade, he now serves as a Site Supervisor and Safety Representative at Dal-Tek Interiors.
In his role, he ensures job sites operate efficiently, providing crews with the tools and direction needed to stay on schedule. On the safety side, he oversees compliance, conducts orientations, and performs regular site inspections.
What he enjoys most is seeing projects come to life and tackling new challenges. Joining Dal-Tek has given him the opportunity to expand his skills beyond interior builds and continue growing in the industry.

Dayne Zahariuk
Dayne joined Dal-Tek Interiors in 2024 as our Marketing Specialist, bringing a fresh perspective and a passion for building strong brand connections. With a degree in Marketing Management from the University of Lethbridge and a deep understanding of digital trends, Dayne is dedicated to showcasing Dal-Tek’s expertise and high-quality craftsmanship to clients across Southern Alberta.
A proud Cochrane local, Dayne has lived in the area for most of his life, apart from time spent in Lethbridge during university. This connection to the community fuels his commitment to promoting Dal-Tek as a trusted local leader in construction.

Bio

Dan Petitclerc
Dan grew up in Ottawa and moved to Calgary in the early 1980s. With a background in Architecture, he eventually found his way into the construction industry, joining Dal-Tek in October 2023. As Shop Foreman & Equipment Manager, he ensures all equipment is properly maintained, accounted for, and delivered to job sites on time. He also keeps the shop organized and inventoried, ensuring operations run smoothly.
Dan brings strong organizational, communication, and efficiency skills to the team. He enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and learning something new every day. Outside of work, he has a passion for hockey and spent 27 years as a Hockey Canada official, officiating at junior ice hockey and senior inline hockey levels, including national and international events.
